A tale of three guyz at lunch...

It was 12.30 pm and in Singapore its lunch time in the office. Though I'm not used having lunch so early getting adjusted to the time as, later you will not have a company to have lunch. We three went to our pantry area.
As usual we went to pantry after heating the lunch boxes. When we are about to sit .. there comes this young lady politely asked 'Can I join you people for lunch?'. Who can say 'NO' to a lady. So we all said "YES'.
We started having lunch , then came the next polite question... 'Do you eat Non-veg?'. Hmmm.. my friend said NO. As we want to avoid the food if at all she wants to offer as it might contain X,Y,z.

In fact that’s the last question after that we never had a chance to question or answer , as we are toung- tied with the kind of information she revealed about the eating habits all over the world.

As I don't want to scare my blog readers, I would like to share only few of them. (As I already have very few :) ) > I don’t want to lose them tooooo....

The Thai habit: They eat Rats and even cockroaches... (She told it with the expressions).

And the Chinese Monkey story: (We are horrified to know that people do eat monkeys, but to add more to our sorrow, here it goes)

First they will tie the Monkey underneath the table, which has got a hole which will let the monkey's head come out. They will chop the monkeys head and put straws and drink the blood. Off course later they will enjoy the Monkey's brain juice.

The stories continued.... then came the snakes , bears, crocodiles etc..

Having said this the one who told us all these eating habits is a kind of vegetarian, who only eats chicken now and then. At the end she raised one good question, we can understand If people are eating these things because they can’t afford the normal food it’s OK but how come they are paying more and eating this kind of food…. Why is it so? God can only answer the question

We finished the lunch, I think so ...
